Sobriety and elegance. Bursting with strength, harmony and completeness, where crystallised fruits fuse with notes of the ripest citrus fruit. The oldest Macabeu and Xarel.lo vines imbue it with the utmost expression of the calcareous soil on which it has grown. Delicate, voluminous and gracious. Vinification, production and ageing are carried out entirely in our cellars. The second fermentation and the ageing in bottle in contact with the ``lees`` is done exclusively with a natural cork. Cork is sustainable, recyclable and ideal for retaining the original sense of a long-aged Cava. The final clarification is done by hand in the racks. The uncorking process (Disgorgement) is done by hand without freezing the bottle neck, handcrafted professionalism and respect for the environment. It is a Brut Nature Cava, completely dry without addition of sugar.
