George Wyndham `Bin 444` Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Deep crimson with vibrant purple hues. Black cherry and plum spice with vanilla toast. Black currant, licorice and red fruits complement with integrated toasty oak. Subtle tannins create a focused lingering finish to the palate.

George Wyndham `Bin 555` Shiraz 2016

Spicy plum, black pepper, cloves and chocolate aromas supported by subtle vanillin oak. Generous plum and dark cherry fruits with spicy notes. Fine savoury tannins and subtle vanillan oak compliment the fruit. Palate richness with balance and flavour persistence enhance the tasting experience.

George Wyndham `Bin 888` Cabernet Merlot 2016

Full depth red with a purple hue. Fresh black cherry and cassis with cedar oak. Ripe plum and mulberry with hints of tobacco and dried herbs. Toasted vanilla oak and fine grain tannins provide structure and length to this traditional blend.

George Wyndham is one of the founding fathers of the Australian wine industry having planted Australia's first commercial Shiraz vineyard in 1830. Winemaker Nigel Dolan

Dolan is wine industry royalty of a kind; he has shaped palates of the globe and forged new paths for Australian wine with both winemaking and wine judging roles interwoven into his long career. Pivotal in his award winning career have been the two Jimmy Watson trophy wins in 1992 and 2003.

He was also named the 2009 Australian Winemaker of the Year by Winestate magazine, and has previously been named South Australian Red Winemaker of the Year, Barossa Wine Maker of the Year and been a finalist in the QANTAS Winemaker of the Year. In 2002, he earned the auspicious rank of "Baron of the Barossa".Throughout his career, Dolan has upheld a simple overriding philosophy of quality. Quality can take on many different guises and levels. He cites expressiveness, not just in winemaking, but expression of variety, vineyard, and region is the key to quality.
