THE MASCULINÉ

30ml Bourbon Whiskey

30ml Campari

30ml Espresso Press

1 pinch of Sea salt

Ice

Add the ice, Bourbon Whiskey, Campari, Espresso Press and pinch of sea salt to a short glass and stir to combine. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

ESPRESSO DOUBLE

20ml Instant coffee

30ml Vanilla vodka

10ml Maple syrup

40ml Espresso Press

Ice

Chocolate

Coffee beans

Combine the instant coffee, vanilla vodka, maple syrup, Espresso Press and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with grated chocolate and 3 coffee beans.

ESPRESSO & TONIC

45ml Espresso Press

80ml Tonic water

1 Orange wedge

Ice

Add ice and Espresso Press to a highball glass with a dash of tonic water. Squeeze a fresh orange wedge and swizzle to combine.
