A tempting offer of light citrus flavours bursting with minerality melded together with fresh stone fruit and ripe grapefruit aromas. A soft fig and pecan flavoursome palate follow with an elegant cool climate mineral acid which lengthens the experience. Match for this wine is with Pâté de Campagne on toast.
