Winery Tasting Notes

The vibrant and perfumed bouquet gives way to a juicy and generous palate containing flavours of Granny Smith apples, grapefruits, oak and lemon rind. This exquisite Chardonnay ends in a balanced and satisfying climax. This wonderful white wine has been crafted to be enjoyed upon release, but will get better with at least 8 years of cellaring. It tastes marvellous with poultry dishes, particularly lemon roasted duck.

Since 2002 they’ve followed Biodynamic practices across all areas of vineyard operations and also believe in minimalist winemaking.
