Winery Tasting Notes

Copia Pinot Noir flaunts a dark red colour with crimson hues in a glass. This Great Southern Pinot Noir opens with lively red cherry and raspberry aromas, with some notes of spice. Its lightweight palate has a supple mouthfeel with fine-grained tannins as well as crisp & fresh acidity. The wine gives an aftertaste of spiced red and dark cherries, cloves, scorched earth and spicy cedar. It can be enjoyed now with dishes made from Peking duck or pork.
