The Hazeldene vineyard is at Gladysdale in the Yarra Valley. This wine is part of the decorated Local Vineyard Series.

Personality. A good degree of fruit power. Plenty of spice, life, lift and momentum. In short it’s just a very good wine. It tastes of grapefruit, nashi pear and slate and has a clear reductive/smoky edge. It almost feels quartz-like. Minerally even. Seriously dry. Completely classy.
