Grape Variety: 87% Sauvignon Blanc – 13% Semillon

Tasting Notes: Very pale yellow colour. The nose is complex with notes of boxwood, apricot and light vanilla. Spice aromas in the background as well. Undergrowth in the mouth with sharp and elegant acidity. This wine will develop significant complexity in bottle. The acidity should allow it to age well.
