Winery Tasting Notes

Blending these three classic red varieties creates a versatile wine suited to many occasions. Soft fruit and gentle oak handling have created a wine perfect for current drinking or short term cellaring.

Colour: Vibrant purple.

Aroma: Rich dark notes of blueberry and black olive. Elegant red cherry and violets complement and complex the bouquet. Hints of cedar and cassis add finesse and layers.

Palate: Concentrated blueberry, liquorice and ground coffee flavours at the base of the palate, with bright red cherry and violets filling the mid palate. Balanced, ripe tannins and fine, restrained oak add a savoury note and structure to this classic Wynns blend.

Cellaring: enjoy on release or cellar carefully for up to 10 years.
