Soft pressing and racking, followed the fermentation at controlled temperature (17 degerees celsius) for about 10 days. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to be then racked and bottled; it follows a short refinement in the bottle.

Winery Tasting Notes

The colour is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity (golden apple) with pleasant citrus notes and hint of spice. Fresh and approachable on the palate with a clean, citrusy finish.

Food Pairing

Fish dishes (appetizers, first and second courses based on fish). Risotto with herbs and white meats. It is also served as an aperitif.
