Winery Tasting Notes

70% Carignan et 30% Syrah

Colour - A dark ruby red colour , showing already the concentration of the wine.

Nose - Intense nose, offering ripe blackberry and blueberry notes, with hints of liquorice.

Palate - Mouth is medium bodied, fruit driven, and supple, with soft tannins in the end.

Recommendations - The wine can be paired with grilled meats, cheeses or will perfect on its own, as an aperitif.

Cellar potential - 1-2 years.
