Winery Tasting Notes

Colour - Pale yellow with a hint of green.

Aroma - A varietally expressive nose with the subtlety of delicate florals, snow pea with citrus.

Palate - The palate is elegant with lovely crisp acidity, chalky minerally texture and fresh citrus and herbal notes. Soft hints of herbal and tropical fruit matched to the minerality add complexity to this wine and set it apart from most other Sauvignon Blancs from other famous wine regions.
