Aroma

The wine has a complex aroma of ripe plums, liquorice and dark chocolate, mixed with mint and a delicate floral aroma reminiscent of violets. These fruity characters are enhanced by a lifted smoky spice aroma which is the result of maturation in fine grained oak barrels.
