Winery Tasting Notes

Colour - Bright and clear with a slight green blue.

Aroma - Lovely tropical fruit aromas with light passionfruit and pineapple fruit characters. Hints of gooseberry and lychees.

Palate - A well flavoured and well weighted Sauvignon Blanc. Has good depth of tropical fruit flavours with some zesty, lime rind characters. Has good length of flavour with a gentle acidity on the finish. Great drinking now, with or without a meal.
