Stalking Horse McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017 (12 x 750mL), SA.

McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean climate is ideal for producing wines with generosity and varietal definition. Selected Shiraz from mature, premium McLaren Vale vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and American oak to build complexity and structure. The wine has lifted aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice, with a rich, full flavoured palate of forest fruit and vanilla. It finishes with soft tannins and excellent length. It tastes great now but will also reward patient cellaring.
