Winery Tasting Notes

Taste

Powerful, cherry, floral spices and tannin structure, but with an underlying depth of red cherry and raspberry fruit lifting as the wine breathes in the glass. A full bodied pinot noir with great personality.

Food Matching

The rich full-bodied wine goes well with chicken, pork, veal, duck, cured meat, French food, German food, cream sauces, soft cheeses, nutty medium-firm cheeses like Gruyère.
