This wine is produced from a unique vineyard in Main Ridge, the prime of the Mornington Peninsula wine growing area. Situated on our North-East facing Tucks Road Vineyard we produce an elegant Chardonnay with citrus, white nectarine and a stunning mineral acid structure. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and transferred to the winery for whole-bunch pressing. After a short settling period the juice is transferred to the finest French oak barriques where a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast is undertaken.

The wine is aged for 10 months on lees to build complexity and develop mouthfeel.

Cellaring

This full-bodied wine can stay in the cellar for between 5 years – 10 years.
