Winery Tasting Notes
The wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, raspberry, spicy plum and toffee apple, with hints of pomegranate and pepper. On the palate this rich intense wine displays spicy mulberry, ripe black cherry, Christmas pudding and chocolate notes, complemented by a seam of blueberry and star of anise. A beautifully balanced wine with fruit, subtle oak and tannin in harmony. Drink now or until 2023 under the right conditions.
