Palate - The palate is classically structured, full bodied, deep and meaty. It’s packed with black berry fruits and exotic herbs. The solid mid palate lends complexity and richness with toasty charred oak, vanilla and nutty spice. The tannins are fine grained and dry complimenting the rich dark chocolate and savoury characters.
