85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Shiraz

Colour - Dark plum.

Nose - Hints of red berry and cassis on the nose.

Palate - Savoury characters with hints of leafy red berry. The palate is plush and mouthfilling with soft tannins on the finish.

Wine Style - Light -medium-bodied red wine.

Maturation - 6 months in oak.

Cellaring Notes - Cellar for up to 2 years.

Serve - At room temperature 18C.

Food Pairing - Enjoy with roasted leg of lamb infused with rosemary and garlic.
