Amity Estate Shiraz 2015 (12 x 750mL), WA

Vineyard Notes - Our Frankland River fruit is sourced from 18 year old vines. Fruit parcels are also selected from vineyards of the Great Southern.

Harvesting Notes - Fruit was harvested in the cool of the night.

Winemaking Notes - Fruit is sorted and destemmed. Once crushed, the must is transferred to red fermenters where pump-overs can occur up to 3 times per day. The fruit is drained and pressed once the winemakers are happy with flavour extraction and profile. Fermentation is completed in oak barrels. The wine is blended after oak aging and prepared for bottling.
