cold settle. The juice is then racked prior to fermentation.

Winery Tasting Notes

Colour - Pale pink.

Nose - Bright & fresh with nutty, savoury fruit nuances.

Palate - Core of delicious nashi pear, raspberry and red fruits on the palate. Bright and fruit foward. Fine tannins with a lovely mouhtfeel makes this wine a very drinkable blend.

Cellaring Notes - Drink now while fruit flavours dominate.

Serve - Chilled between 8-12C.

Food Pairing - To be enjoyed on a warm summer’s evening. Serve with home-made quiche and salad drizzled in balsamic glaze.
