The 2006 Brut Vintage from Champagne Pol Roger is made from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 20 Grands and Premiers crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Produced only in limited quantities the Brut Vintage 2006 has been aged for 8 years in the cellars before being disgorged and released onto the market.
The Stoneleigh Latitude range heralds from an area in Marlborough known as the 'Golden Mile'. This 'Golden Mile' is a fertile strip of land covered with ancient riverstones and is highly regarded for its outstanding grape-growing conditions. The resulting wines are aromatically lifted, as well as riper in spectrum, a result of higher concentration of the stones in the area and the effect these have on the vines.
This wine has a fragrant bouquet of strawberry, blackberry and dark cherry overlaid with integrated oak spice. The palate shows ripe, dark berry fruit and cherry flavours with lingering fruit sweetness. Tannins are soft and supple, making the wine immediately approachable.
The 2014 Nautilus Chardonnay is pale straw in colour. The wine displays a complex range of aromas, including citrus blossoms, white peach and toasted almonds. The palate is well integrated, with a good depth of flavour and a refreshingly long finish. This wine has a tight mineral structure in its youth and will develop a creamy texture as it matures.Delicious with pumpkin & goats curd ravioli, sage, nut brown butter, crisp prosciutto and pinoli pine nuts.
Cape Crest ’14 is a blend of 87% sauvignon blanc, 10% semillon, and 3% sauvignon gris. Closed with leading technology ‘DIAM’ corks. A technical cork, these eliminate any possibility of cork taint and, when Cape Crest is well cellared, they provide consistent evolution for every bottle. Cape Crest ’14 will continue to develop in bottle for five years from harvest.

The certified organic fruit comes from selected parcels in the Seresin Home Block vineyard which surrounds the winery, and makes up the ripest portion of our Sauvignon Blanc harvest. Our low-cropping vines carried about 50 percent less fruit than normal, resulting in fruit of incredible intensity.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is comprised of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown primarily with Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, both prized for their aromatic finesse. Grapes sourced from the Sézannais hillsides are chosen for their roundness and those from Saint-Thierry massif for lightness and freshness. Ruinart seeks Chardonnays with a floral bouquet which will develop notes of ripe yellow fruit. It is this selection of vineyards which results in the freshness and unexpected roundness in the mouth that makes Ruinart Blanc de Blancs unique.
The Duclaux Family is one of the oldest in Châteauneuf du Pape. This family built up its domain through the centuries and was one of the first founder members of the appellation association in 1904.The Quiot and Duclaux families built up bounds and family connections over the years. The last representative of this family, Emmeline Latour, died on 23rd April 2001.Godmother of Florence and Jean-Baptiste Quiot, she bequeated them this wonderful Domaine.

In 1985, Peter Vavasour identified the Awatere Valley as the new frontier for New Zealand winegrowing and planted the first grapes there in 1986. The climate here is noteworthy for its wide diurnal temperature swings. Rainfall ranges from 279-406 millimeters (11-16 inches) a year, arid by any measurement.Named after Peter’s daughter, Claudia’s Vineyard was planted in 2002 at a select site within our “Favourite” vineyard. The coarse alluvium soils here are comprised of stones and pebbles mixed with clay and loam, and are known for contributing minerality, fruit concentration and longevity to our Sauvignon Blanc.
Lindauer is full on the palate with a pleasant, steady mousse and elegant aroma. The yeasty and toasty bouquet show excellent maturity from prolonged bottle maturation on lees. The palate is crisp, complex and well balanced, with a full fl avour and lasting taste.
