Quartz Reef Methode Traditionnelle is a wine of distinction, made in the traditional method to achieve elegance and finesse.
Focused, fresh and crisp with a beautiful balance and length.

The 2010 Methode Traditionelle is a beautiful example of a top quality methode Champenoise that actually delivers on elegance, finesse and intensity on a quality par with that other famous region for sparklers. Scented of fresh apples, brioche, white peaches and toasted almonds, it fills the palate with creamy stone fruit and mineral flavors, supported by plenty of freshness and fine, frisky bubbles, finishing with great length. Still very youthful, I wouldn't be surprised if this scores a bit higher in 2-6 years. Rating 91+ - Drink by 2022, Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (DEC/2015).
