This Sauvignon Blanc Semillon comes from a selection of premium parcels of exceptional quality fruit that were harvested in the coolness of the night to preserve the essential fruit flavours, delicate acid and tannin balance that define great wine. This fruit comes from two of our vineyards in the Wilyabrup and Karridale sub regions of Margaret River.
- WA - Margaret River
- Western Australia
Pale quartz-green; the fragrant bouquet offers a mix of gently tropical and gooseberry aromas that flow on into the light-bodied mid-palate; somewhat unexpectedly, the palate picks up intensity, with an attractive acid grip. Rating 90 - James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion (FEB/2012).
