Winery Tasting Notes
Willow Bridge`Water Dancer` Cabernet Merlot 2014:The Cabernet gives the wine a core of juice blackcurrant, with a seasoning of dried herbs, whilst the Merlot adds body and sweet plumminess to the mid palate. Maturation in a selection of French Oak barrels has added layers of sophisticated cedar, dark chocolate and fine tannins. We encourage you to enjoy this wine whilst in its vibrant youth, yet it will reward cellaring for at least 5 years for those who appreciate the characters which come with maturity.
