After studying chemistry at Paris XI and after a diploma in oenology in 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a grape grower in Rouvres Les Vignes in the Cote des Bar where she makes her vintages.
The Cuvée Brut is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. This is champagne from a sustainable culture and which proudly expresses their terroir.

Bright yellow. Exotic, highly perfumed aromas of tangerine, pear nectar, white flowers and baking spices. Fleshy but lively as well, offering potent blood orange and orchard fruit flavors and a touch of chalky minerality. The NV Brut is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the Cote des Bar. This intriguing Champagne reveals tons of brilliance in a focused, powerful style. The wine needs to be opened in advance in order to show the full breadth of its expression. Hazelnuts, pears and minerals linger on the close.
