A wine showing lovely white pear and lychee aromatics, a fresh style with good textured palate. A wine suited to food matching and everyday quaffing.

Light straw-green; hand-picked at night and whole bunch-pressed, a very expensive pathway for a wine at this price, but has paid a handsome dividend, with a floral bouquet and a tropical edge to the pear of the palate; the mouthfeel and balance are also impressive.

Winery Tasting Notes
A delicate and light style showing pear and tropical fruit aromatics with crisp, citrus finish. A fresh and zesty style, perfect wine on a warm summer day.
A great wine to match with seafoods such as garlic and chilli prawns.
Pinot Grigio is an Italian grape variety that thrives under the warm and dry growing conditions the local area offers. The fruit is picked in the cool of the night and pressed immediately without crushing, this process is undertaken when cold and as quickly as possible so the pink colour in the skins of the berries is not transferred into the juice.
