The GTS is a unique blend of Grenache, Tannat and Shiraz, selected from our Katunga vineyard. The parcels were evening picked and fermented in open concrete vats with daily hand plunging.

Winery Tasting Notes
The Grenache component which provides the sweet front palate was matured in older oak barriques to mantain fresh varietal characters of rose petal, raspberry and subtle spice.
The famously tannic TannatM which supplies the power and weight in the middle, was seasoned in 2 year old American hogsheads. It is imparts violets, blueberry and stewed quince on the bouquet, with the palate delivering mulberry, red currant, enhanced by hints of sage and lavender, whilst the Shiraz which was French oak matured, adds chocolate, satsuma plum and pepper in addition to backbone and length of flavour.
Approachable now or cellar up to 10 years under the right conditions.
