Red Right Hand is the result of the union of three of the great world varieties each with their individual attributes from three of the great wine growing regions of Australia to produce a wine of great complexity and interest.

We are all familiar with the hero variety - Shiraz, from Margaret River, the premier wine growing region of Australia, full of colour, flavour and structure. Blended with Grenache, contributing its heady perfume and sweet fruit mid palate. Bringing the wine together is a small dollop of intense, savoury Tempranillo.

Expert Reviews

A 56/29/15% blend, hand-picked, the shiraz and grenache pressed to new and used French and American barriques (25% new) to finish fermentation. Vividly coloured, it is a left field Margaret River blend, unsurprisingly bright and lively in the mouth, with spicy red fruit running amok on the long, medium-bodied palate. This has all the makings of an exceptional wine in the future; great value. James Halliday, Rating 94, 27th July 2015

Winery Tasting Notes

The wine displays an awesome colour; deep crimson red, bright and vibrant in hue.

The bouquet is a complex mix of ripe berry fruits and savoury aromas.

The palate displays rich and fruit sweet fullness with a complex and savoury textural finish of mature tannin.

The Red Right Hand has the structure to reward medium term cellaring but is especially attractive now with its fruit ripe sweetness.
