The name “The Wishing Tree” comes from my childhood days. As children we were convinced by our parents that if we made a wish under this beautiful old Oak tree that it would become true. As I recall it did work upon occasion! This tree became The Wishing Tree. — John Larchet

Winery Tasting Notes
Bright straw green with light honey tint.
White peach, melon, nectarine and spices, with an element of citrus flowers. A touch zesty.
No oak usage highlights pristine white peach with crisp citric acidity with length and richness. Whilst young, this wine is expected to fill out and develop some nutty nuance.
Drink now but some bottle maturation will allow the development of nuts and brioche.
As an aperitif or white fish or chicken.
