Produced from parcels of premium grapes hand selected by the grower and winemaker to deliver a premium reserve product.
Trelawney was established in 1854 on the banks of Honey-Suckle Creek in the Clare Valley where the cool summer nights and long hot days during the ripening process produce wines that are rich yet austere, delicate yet robust.

Winery Tasting Notes
The 2012 Riesling is from Classic Watervale soils, red loam over limestone and relies only on the natural rainfall.
This wine shows great clarity in appearance with a pale straw colour and youthful green tints.
Its nose has scent of lemon blossom and fresh limes enlivened by the floral nuances.
A beautifully balanced palate, combining the classic Riesling characters of lime juice, grapefruit rind and hints of cinnamon spice, with a cleansing natural acid finish.
A perfect accompaniment to freshly shucked Coffin Bay Oysters or King George Whiting.
