This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the classic Wrattonbully region of South Australia. The 2010 vintage included cooler nights in January, February and March leading to a longer ripening period and resultant concentrated colour and flavour. After harvest, the grapes were crushed, yeasted and softly bag pressed in traditional style to avoid the extraction of bitter tannins. The wine was then transferred to American and French Oak for 24 months maturation prior to final blending and bottling.
