Domaine du Vieux Lazaret `Cuvée Exceptionelle` Chateauneuf-du-Pape:
"This continues to be the top estate in the Jerome Quiot portfolio. These wines are made in a quasi-modern style with gorgeous levels of fruit as well as superb purity, but the taster never doubts this is a Chateauneuf du Pape, not Burgundy or Bordeaux." Robert Parker

This is a bigger, more structured effort that requires 2-3 years of cellaring. It should age effortlessly for 15+ years.
