This wine is pungently aromatic with compelx characters of sweet pea, passionfruit and hints of tomato leaf or nettle.
The palate is driven by snow peas and the fresh culinary herb flavours of thyme, lemongrass and basi. The finish is crisp, refreshing and dry.
PErfect as an aperitif or with a fresh Greek salad of tomato, feta and basil.
