Flavoursome with mid palate texture. Primary pear characters are balanced with a subtle musk spice. The wine has a backbone of soft acid which persists after it has left the mouth.

‘Pear with a little sweet spice loaded in. Medium bodied, a fresher brighter style of Pinot Gris, though does have some weight. Acidity is even and well measured, light chalky texture and a finish that has a little pithiness – like munching on the skin of a hard green pear. Some musky perfume in there too. Good.’ Rating 90 - Gary Walsh, WINEFRONT September 2014
