The Trimbachs have always had a purist vision. For 12 generations, the family has been producing dry wines, very strictly structured, long-living and fruity, elegant and balanced: it’s the Trimbach style!
- FRA - Alsace
An infectiously juicy and surprisingly bright if mildly flavored Trimbach 2011 Pinot Blanc caresses the palate and leaves behind lovely traces of ripe apple tinged with nut oils and garlanded with green herbs and flowers. Still lovely in mid-2014 and having picked up some mouthwatering salinity, this should probably still be enjoyed by spring, 2015.
