Blended from different blocks across the estate, this is a wine ready to be enjoyed when released.
The focus is on harmony and balance, pure clarity of fruit, for a pleasurable easy-drinking style of Pinot Noir, yet impressive by its articulated palate.
- VIC - Yarra Valley
Clones MV6, 114, 115 and D5V12; destemmed, 5-day wild yeast fermentation, plus 7 days maceration, matured in French oak. Good colour and a particularly expressive bouquet is followed by an impressively articulated palate; spiced plum aromas and flavours are in perfect sync with the restrained, but evident, oak and finely honed tannins. James Halliday, Rating 95, 27th July 2015
