A bundle of flavours layers and textures. Lemon /lime citrus - all fresh and crunchy. Exotic veils of sweet herbs, nettles, gooseberry, stone fruits and cardamom spice. A citrus oil and lemon thickness is finished with a fruit tingling acidity.

A 51/48% blend (plus a secret 1%) from the southern end of the region, each vineyard processed separately and each batch barrel-fermented. While the aim is to place the accent on ripe stone fruit and succeeds there is a strong counterbalance of fresh, minerally acidity. A wine that will amply repay cellaring.
