This is an excellent example of the style of Northern Margaret River Shiraz. Medium bodied, with very attractive spice and dark pepper fruit flavours, it has a rich palate and balanced tannin persistence. Fine and warm vintage conditions prevailed – ideal for this variety in the region.
- WA - Margaret River
- Western Australia
Vivid purple-red; Margaret River had yet another top-class vintage in stark contrast to the problems of the rain sodden eastern mainland; no surprise then to find a fragrant and juicy mix of red cherry, spice, liquorice and pepper; there is a hint of oak (American) and fine, silky tannins on the finish. Top Value.

Winery Tasting Notes
Very deep crimson red - purple with a dark core
Rich lifted aromas of spice and dark fruits with some fine American oak. Some earthiness and complexity, this is a dark and expressive wine.
Rich and layered fruit, fine tannins that go right across the palate and are backed up by concentrated dark and juicy fruit flavours. The underlying tannins are ripe and supple. Will age.
Wagyu beef or game meats.
Five years with ease.
