Delicious now, this three-site blend is a very ‘feminine' style of pinot noir, finely scented, savoury and supple. Unfined and unfiltered, it offers strong strawberry, cherry and spice flavours, with loads of personality."4½ stars - Winestate Magazine, May 2011
Winery Tasting Notes
The nose exhibits savoury, spicy and earthy aromas with plum, berry and herbal notes.
The palate is focused and concentrated with soft tannins supporting succulent fruits through to a lingering finish.
Drinking well now, but will improve over the next five years.
