Interestingly, the more expensive 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon S2 which spent 14 months in seasoned French oak is more one-dimensional and structured than the regular bottling with a compact finish. It is likely to evolve but is something of a gamble whereas the “regular” bottling is a sure thing. Rating 89 - Jay Miller, Wine Advocate (OCT/2007)
