It’s 7.00am. The first rocket focuses their attention. A second signals the bulls are on their way.
The sea is now moving. Slow at first but running, turning, now faster as the sound of hooves descend. It’s a blur until the third rocket sounds.
The enceirro is over.
Relief and celebration.

Winery Tasting Notes
The fruit for the Running with Bulls Vermentino is sourced from Langhorne Creek, the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa Valley. Sourcing grapes from three of South Australia’s premium winegrowing areas allows us to achieve a broad spectrum of flavours.
A pale green straw.
The Running with Bulls Vermentino shows fresh aromas of Nashi pears and dried herbs, with grapefruit zest and just a hint of seaspray.
The wine has a fleshy yet savoury palate with flavours of white peach and grapefruit pith acidity supported by a very textural finish.
Enjoy with King George whiting and fat-cut chips.
