Hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed straight to barrel, wild-fermented in new and used French barriques, stirred, 11 months, no mlf. A beautifully structured and layered chardonnay, varietal fruit expression its raison d'etre, white peach, apricot and fig the centre of activity; the other adjuncts are there, doing their part as asked.
