A classic Paringa Estate Shiraz balancing restraint and power.
- VIC - Mornington Peninsula
Vibrant colour; a highly perfumed and spicy bouquet of red fruits, sage and Asian spices; the palate is fine-boned and linear, with latent power lingering beneath the fine-grained tannins; the conclusion is harmonious and expansive. Will reward patient cellaring. Ben Edwards - Australian Wine Companion, Rating 95, 11th July 2013
Winery Tasting Notes
Blackcurrant pastille, raspberry liquorice, a hint of tobacco, spice and a redcurrant lift on the nose.
The palate has a generous black fruit core supported by an abundance of fine grained tannins and acid line.
