Overview

We cool ferment so as not to lose the flavours that have been captured in the vineyard. Cool fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where the wine is kept in controlled, cool temperatures and undergoes a slow, even fermentation. This ensures a certain freshness to the wine and enhances delicate flavours.

Oxford Landing Estates was established in 1958 on the banks of the mighty Murray River in South Australia amidst bountiful sunshine, vivid blue skies and plenty of red Riverland soil.

From planting vines to making wines, Oxford Landing Estates takes great pride in their people – some having spent their whole life on the Murray.
