One Planet Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the cool climate & high altitude of the Adelaide Hills, for it is here that the true essence of this variety is nurtured & expressed. The crisp spring and early summer weather preserves the grape’s natural acidity, which heightens and defi nes the fl avour. To accentuate the fruit freshness, we have used cold fermentation in stainless steel vats, which sometimes take up to three weeks to fi nish, but believe the end result is worth the wait in the winery. Serve this wine chilled, but not too cold.

Fresh lively passionfruit and lime fl avours, with subtle whispers of snap peas and mint complimented by more textural notes of crunchy cucumber and greens apple.The palate is balanced by crisp, cleansing acidity leading into a lengthy finish with a grapefruit tang.
Demands fresh seafood in the order of asian inspired crab cakes, with a side of fresh greens, grapefruit and mint salad or the perfect excuse to whack another shrimp on the BBQ!
