Winery Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with garnet hue.
Warm and fragrant on the nose. Rich, fruity aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark plums and freshly baked pastries. A waft of brown spices such as anise, cocoa powder, nutmeg as well.
Rounded, velvety on the palate. Red crunchy fruits and cedarwood with a hint of cigar at front. Juicy and delicious blackberry on the middle palate with sweet milk chocolate, mocha and dark plums and brown spices. Velvety, smooth tannins on the back palate, the wine has a long, deliciously lingering finish.
Grilled meat, pork belly tacos, lamb stew.
Drink well now and can be cellared well over the medium term.
