Soave Classico DOC, Veneto
Garnega 100%. The hand-harvest usually occurs during the last week of September and first week of October. The grapes are cold-soaked for 12 to 24 hours prior to a soft pressing. The grapes are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks (16-18C) with indigenous yeasts. The wine remains in tank until March - April when it is bottled and rested a further 2-3 months prior to release.

Yellow with gold highlights and green hues
Floral bouquet laced with scents of exotic fruit, almonds, hazelnuts and mineral aromas
Full-bodied with a long finish; balanced and harmonious on the palate; improves with ageing.
Ideal with appetisers, fish dishes, shell fish and white meat. Makes an excellent aperitif. Serve at 10-12°C
