Overview

Often the last vineyard to be picked at Mount Langi, our Cabernet Sauvignon has a long ripening period to produce the complex tannin and fruit balance. Excellent varietal typicity, with Cabernet blackcurrant flavours with plum and cherry fruits with classic Langi spice on the back palate.

Blackcurrant, dark plum, tobacco, leaf and earthy tones.

Palate

Dark cherry and cassis fruit. Fine, lingering tannins support dark berry and earth fruit characters with length and intensity. Chewy tannins are supported by a subtle oak and fine acidity with classic Langi pepper on the finish.
